Team A
RISA NAKASIMA
神村学園から桜美林大学を経て長きにわたり日本代表を牽引。女子プロ野球リーグ埼玉アストライアで2015年までプレーし、引退後は指導者として女子プロ野球やオーストラリアでの指導経験を積み現在は埼玉県にある女子野球企業チームZENKO BEAMSと侍ジャパン女子代表チームの監督。代表を女子野球W杯7連覇に導く。 日本のみならず海外の女子野球普及発展に貢献したい想いが強い。「女子野球を当たり前の文化に」という理念を重視している。
A graduate of Kamimura Gakuen and J.F. Oberlin University, she served as a long-time driving force for the Japan National Team. She played for the Saitama Astraia in the Japan Women's Baseball League (JWBL) until 2015. Following her retirement as a player, she built her coaching career in the professional league and in Australia. Currently, she serves as the manager of ZENKO BEAMS (a corporate team in Saitama) and the Samurai Japan Women's National Team, leading the squad to its seventh consecutive World Cup title. She is deeply committed to the growth of women's baseball not only in Japan but globally, working under the core philosophy of "making women's baseball a standard culture."
Team B
BLANCA SMITH
13歳からソフトボールを始め、ダートマス大学ではソフトボールと野球の両方でプレー。その後、スポーツ法およびスポーツマネジメントの分野で法学とビジネスの学位を取得。レンジャーズやレッズでの勤務、5年間の大学野球コーチを経て、2021年からはレッドソックス傘下のマイナーリーグで2シーズンコーチを務める。現在は東川ベースボールクラブでコーチを務める傍ら、英国代表(女子およびU23)の指導にも携わっている。
She started playing softball at the age of 13 and played both softball and baseball at Dartmouth College. After earning law and business degrees in sports law/management, she worked for the Rangers and the Reds and 5 years as a college baseball coach. In 2021 she became a minor league coach for the Red Sox for 2 seasons. She is currently a coach for the Higashikawa Baseball Club and assists with the Great Britain Women’s and U23 Baseball Teams.
Team C
YUKIKO KON
天塩町出身。小学校第4学年から野球を始め、社会人時代には女子軟式野球チームの札幌シェールズ、女子硬式野球チームのホーネッツ・レディース結成に尽力。 日本代表としてW杯に6度出場。2010年には主将務め、5連覇に貢献した。 2022年4月から栗山高校女子野球部監督に就任し、次世代の人材づくりや、スポーツによるまちづくりに貢献している。
She started playing baseball in Teshio, and played both baseball and volleyball in junior high and high school, and was even selected to represent Hokkaido in women's baseball. As the fourth batter for the Japanese women's national team during high school, she contributed to the team's five consecutive World Cup victories, and in 2014 she received the Hokkaido Shimbun Sports Award. After playing for a women's club team in Sapporo and throwing the ceremonial opening pitch, she has been the coach of the Hokkaido Kuriyama High School Women's Baseball Club since 2022.
Team D
CHIHIRO SATOH
岩手・一関第一高でソフトボール全国大会に出場し、北教大岩見沢では男子硬式野球部で選手としてプレー。卒業後に女子プロ野球入りし、13年ベストナイン、18年ゴールデングラブ賞を獲得、通算334試合・打率.281を記録。 現在は駒大苫小牧の体育教師として勤務し、女子硬式野球部の監督も務めている。
She competed in the national softball tournament while at Ichinoseki Daiichi High School in Iwate Prefecture, and played on the men's baseball team at Hokkaido University of Education Iwamizawa. After graduating, she joined the women's professional baseball team, earning Best Nine honors in 2013 and a Golden Glove Award in 2018, and batting .281 in 334 games. She is currently a physical education teacher at Komazawa University Tomakomai, where she also serves as the captain of the women's baseball team.

AYAKO ROKKAKU
小学校4年生から野球を始め、埼玉栄高校卒業後もクラブチームで投手・内野手として活躍。女子野球日本代表として4度世界一を経験。2010年W杯では大会MVP・首位打者・年間最優秀女子選手を受賞。 現在は茨城ゴールデンゴールズ、5STARsでプレーする傍ら、Baseball5日本唯一の公認インストラクター世界各地で指導を展開。WBSCアスリート委員・理事としても活躍。スポーツを通じて笑顔を広げる」ことをテーマに競技の魅力を発信し続けている。
She started playing baseball in the fourth grade of elementary school, and played as a pitcher and infielder at Saitama Sakae and Teikyo Heisei University, before obtaining a physical therapist license. She won the tournament MVP, leading hitter, and female player of the year awards at the 2010 World Cup, and has represented Japan in three World Cups since. She continues to play for Seibu Ladies and 5STARS, promotes baseball both domestically and internationally, and is active internationally as Japan's only certified Baseball5 instructor.
Team F
MEGUMI KITTA
小1から野球を続け、高校・大学でも男子と同じ環境で硬式に挑戦し、仙台六大学リーグで初の女性選手として公式戦デビュー。その後オーストラリア野球リーグで日本人女子初の参戦、全豪大会でMVPを獲得するなど国際舞台で活躍。 帰国後は高校・大学・専門学校で指導者として実績を重ね、履正社を全国制覇へ導き、2017年には女子野球日本代表監督に就任した。
She has been playing baseball since she was in the first grade of elementary school, and in high school and university she played hardball in the same environment as the boys, making her official debut as the first female player in the Sendai Six Universities League. She then went on to become the first Japanese woman to play in the Australian Baseball League and was active on the international stage, winning MVP at the Australian Open. After returning to Japan, she built up a reputation as a coach at high schools, universities, and vocational schools, leading Riseisha to national championships and, in 2017, becoming the manager of the Japan Women's Baseball Team.
